OOTD: New VW Pirate boots!

This outfit is from last Wednesday.
I have been lazy about the "Tie Wednesday" at work but I bought a tie shaped necklace when I was in Harajuku few weeks ago, so I think this counts   ;P
Paris Kids Harajuku is an accessary store in Takeshita street that almost everything in the store is 315 yen. I check out the store everytime I go to Harajuku.

Kamaal is wearing a lovely pink & white tie from a 100 yen (about $1) store in Japan called Daiso. The store is amazing!

I bought my dress at Hanjiro years ago. The store has both used/vintage clothing and recycle/remake clothing.

My dress was originally an XL Men's Ralph Lauren shirt. They cut the sleeves and made skirt out of it. I think it is brilliant!

I was away from this country for 5 weeks visiting my family in Japan and doing A LOT of shopping!

It is nice to be back home with my family on this side of the world and back to work.

Note about JPG for TARGET:

I was very excited about the JPG for TARGET.

Last Sunday, instead of sleeping in, I woke up early so I could be at TARGET when they opened. The store close to my home did not have any JPG items, so I quickly drove to two different stores in the area.

I must say, it was disappointing to see the actual items.

The only items that reminded me of JPG were the tatoo print ones, which are not my style.

I just need to wait for this coming Sunday for Liberty of London for TARGET!

Tie Wednesday!

I work for a company which is a pretty relaxed environment so people dress casually, like T-shirts and Jeans.
One day, some guys decided to dress more professionally with suits and ties.
My friend and I said "Hey, girls can wear ties too!"
Then we decided.... Tie Wednesday!
We wear ties every Wednesday.
It is pretty challenging because sometimes it does not look fashionable enough... or I just look like a school girl... :(
It is fun to have a bit of a fashion challenge every week and coordinate the wardrobe for Tie Wednesday the night before.
